Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives all cash and cheques from customers
- Posts all payments to Receipting System and issues receipts
- Reconciles cash and cheques to computer-generated reports at the end of the day and prepares deposits
- Assists customers with service requests
- Files receipts daily
- Assists sales staff and customers
- Knowledgeable of the products and services offered by Family Guardian as outlined on the company’s website
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Minimum five (5) BGCSEs passes with C and above (including Math & English); degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a teller/cashier role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must be confidential
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Strong propensity for accuracy
- Must be a self-starter and very results oriented
