Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives all cash and cheques from customers
  • Posts all payments to Receipting System and issues receipts
  • Reconciles cash and cheques to computer-generated reports at the end of the day and prepares deposits
  • Assists customers with service requests
  • Files receipts daily
  • Assists sales staff and customers
  • Knowledgeable of the products and services offered by Family Guardian as outlined on the company’s website

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum five (5) BGCSEs passes with C and above (including Math & English); degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a teller/cashier role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be confidential
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong propensity for accuracy
  • Must be a self-starter and very results oriented
